New Restaurant

Mr. Moto Pizza, a California-based chain founded in San Diego in 2015 and known for its signature hand-tossed thin-crust New York-style pies with a fluffy outer edge, has opened its first Las Vegas location at 9270 S Rainbow Blvd., just south of Blue Diamond Rd.

The new 1,700-square-foot space is reminiscent of a classic New York-style pizzeria, combining red brick and subway tiles with contemporary design elements such as neon details. It is designed for efficient grab-and-go service and as a dine-in destination for sports fans, with multiple big-screen TVs and leather seating.

The pizza combinations include both classic and offbeat, with options such as Rocky Mountains with meatballs, ricotta spicy honey, and oregano; The Hulk with pepperoni, bacon, ham, and sausage; Mamma Moto with burrata cheese, truffle oil, parsley, and cherry tomatoes on a homemade garlic paste base; and Furious Diablo with garlic chicken, Buffalo sauce and homemade ranch. There are also gluten-free and vegan options and stromboli, calzones, garlic knots, wings, pasta dishes (such as Chicken Pesto Penne and Vodka Sauce Penne), House and Caesar Salads, and desserts including Tiramisu, Cannoli, NY Cheesecake and Chocolate Cake.

A draft beer wall offers a range of local beers and the pizzeria’s brand, Mr. Moto Blondie, a 4% ABV blonde ale showcasing citrus and floral aromas and flavors.

Mr. Moto is open daily from 11 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. Visit mrmotopizza.com for more information and to view the complete menu.
