Yellowstone Creator Bringing Steakhouse To Wynn

The man who brought the world “Yellowstone,” “1883” and “1923” is bringing a taste of Texas to Wynn Las Vegas with a new steakhouse pop-up.

Four Sixes (6666) Ranch Steakhouse will take over the Tableau restaurant inside Wynn’s Tower Suites later this month. It’s a collaboration between the Texas ranch of the same name, recently purchased by writer, producer and “Yellowstone” co-creator Taylor Sheridan, and Wynn’s Chef David Middleton.

A press release announcing the pop-up says the menu “will focus on prime steaks and cuts from Four Sixes Ranch, and American classic cocktails, and decadent desserts,” emphasizing “ingredients local to Texas.”

The signature dishes include a Caviar Tower, Tableside Tartare, a 40-ounce Tomahawk carved tableside, and Tumbleweed Banana Pudding. Wynn’s master mixologist, Mariena Mercer Boarini, will create signature cocktails.

Located on 260,000 acres in Northern Texas, the Four Sixes Ranch is described as a “prominent leader in high-quality beef production, strategic land stewardship, and raising of the world’s most sought-after ranch horses for cowboys who travel miles across pastures, rolling hills, and rocky terrain.”

Four Sixes Ranch at Revelry

A January 22, 2022article in the Fort Worth Report, headlined “Legendary Four Sixes Ranch sold to ‘Yellowstone’ producer Taylor Sheridan,” stated that the ranch was established in 1870 and was originally owned by legendary cattleman Burk Burnett.

It was passed down to his great-granddaughter, Anne Burnett Marion, who died in 2020. It was later listed for sale with an asking price of $341 million and eventually sold to a group led by Sheridan.

Earlier this year, Four Sixes Ranch appeared at Wynn’s Revelry Culinary Festival, creating a Western-themed outdoor dining area called Country Cookout at The Feast, which wrapped up the festival.

Four Sixes Ranch Steakhouse will operate nightly from 5:30 to 10:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday and until 10:30 on the weekends.

Reservations are currently being taken, with September 16 as the first available date. No closing date has been announced, although the pop-up is described as happening through “the Fall.”
