Amaya Modern Mexican Restaurant at The Cosmopolitan will present an elevated dining experience in celebration of Father’s Day, showcasing specialty dishes by Michelin-starred Chef Jason McLeod.
Dishes available exclusively on Father’s Day include Morita-Crema Lamb Chops served with a cilantro salad, crispy baked potato, and fried chickpeas ($49); and Cigarro de Papa, a crunchy phyllo shell filled with dark chocolate Añejo mousse ($18).

Carversteak at Resorts World will offer Chef Daniel Ontiveros’ indulgent one-day-only menu crafted just for Dad.
Highlights include Steak for Two featuring a 32 oz Prime Porterhouse served with truffle butter, chili crunch roasted broccolini, crispy beef tallow tater tots, and cacio e pepe dipping sauce ($175); Giant Bone Marrow paired with red wine-braised short ribs, grilled sourdough, and housemade pickles; and the bar-exclusive Carver-Steak & Egg Burger featuring American Wagyu rib cap, Mashima Ranch smashburger, fried egg, Gruyère, crispy shallots, chimichurri, and horseradish cream on sesame brioche ($42) which will be available throughout the dining room on Father’s Day.
