Angie Mar’s Lunar New Year Party — February 2

Chef-Restaurateur Angie Mar (NYC’s Le B. and The Beatrice Inn) will bring her fabled Lunar New Year bash to Las Vegas for the first time. Hosted at Delilah at Wynn Las Vegas, revelers will be treated to traditional favorites of dim sum served butler-style, caviar, live-action hand-carved Beijing Duck and Char Siu Kurobuta Pork stations, cocktails, and a select open bar including Champagne Moët & Chandon ‘Imperial’ Rosé NV and Chardonnay, Newton ‘Unfiltered’ Napa Valley 2021.

There will also be entertainment from DJ duo The Muses, a celebratory lion dance, and Delilah’s musical roster.

CRUSH American Grill — February 9

Morton Group’s CRUSH American Grill at MGM Grand will offer an all-you-can-eat experience for football fans during the Super Bowl.

The butler-style, tableside feast priced at $149 per person will include house-made hummus served with warm pita bread; mini lamb gyros topped with tomatoes and tzatziki; pulled BBQ pork sliders with coleslaw; lollipop chicken wings with gorgonzola fondue; Mexican street corn with queso fresco and chili powder; crispy shrimp with spicy aioli; Margherita pizza, grilled chicken pizza, and Italian sausage pizza; Philly cheesesteak dumplings served with cheese dip; Angus mini burgers with balsamic onions; heirloom tomatoes with burrata cheese and pesto; rosemary garlic fries; lobster mac & cheese; and dessert options of macarons, cookies, and cupcakes.

Multiple high-definition screens will be set up for Big Game viewing, and doors will open at 2 p.m. An optional all-you-can-drink package priced at $100 per person begins at 2:30 p.m. and is available through the end of the game.

Proper Eats Food Hall — February 9

Proper Eats Food Hall, located on the second-level promenade of ARIA Resort & Casino, will host an all-inclusive Super Bowl food and beverage package starting at $200 per person.

Guests will receive a wristband valid from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. that provides access to unlimited beer, wine, and well cocktails from Proper Bar and a variety of food options from participating restaurants such as sushi rolls from Temaki, Pastrami Reuben from Wexler’s Deli, Classic Smash Burger Sliders from Lola’s Burgers, Korean-style Chicken Tenders from Seoul Bird, and pizza by the slice from Pizzaoki.

Gordon Ramsay Burger Debuts at Flamingo

Gordon Ramsay Burger is now open at Flamingo Las Vegas, the seventh Las Vegas restaurant for the world-famous celebrity chef and the fifth Gordon Ramsay Burger worldwide.

This second Las Vegas Burger location follows the first Vegas iteration, which opened at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino in December 2012. The 300-seat 12,000-square-foot features a large exhibition kitchen, island-style bar as the restaurant’s social hub, expansive storefront windows, multiple dining zones, a nod to Britannia with Union Jack accents, dynamic flame displays throughout, and a 56-seat open-air patio overlooking the Vegas Strip anchored by a 25-foot-tall LED column showcasing Gordon Ramsay Burger imagery underneath the iconic neon Flamingo.

Signature menu items exclusively available at the Flamingo Las Vegas location include the Cluck Yeah GFC (Gordon’s Fried Chicken) Sandwich with crispy chicken tossed in spicy GFC signature sauce, red cabbage slaw, and pickled red onions on a special pink brioche bun. The all-day brunch menu features the very British Full English Breakfast Burger with sausage patty, HP sauce (a popular condiment in the U.K.), roasted mushrooms, sliced tomato, thick-cut bacon, sunny-side-up egg, and Heinz beans served with house-seasoned tater tots; and Benedict Burger with pork patty, baby spinach, hollandaise sauce, Canadian bacon, and fried egg with house-seasoned tater tots.

Sickies Garage Burgers & Brews Unveils New Burgers

Sickie’s Garage Burgers & Brews at Town Square, known for over 50 supercharged burgers and 50 draft beers, has added five new burgers to its roster.

The new burgers include Pepperoni Pizza (marinara sauce, mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, and melted cheese on pepperoni Texas toast), Figgy Momma (spicy fig jam, peppered bacon, sauteed onions, and gouda cheese), Peach Pit (pulled pork caramelized in sweet & spicy peach pit sauce and gouda cheese), Wild Willy Roaster Melt (Texas toast stuffed with a half-pound burger patty, melted gouda cheese, savory pot roast, Wild Willy sauce, and onion tanglers), and Rise & Grind Breakfast (breakfast burger with jalapeno-brisket sausage, gouda cheese, a fried egg, and house-made maple aioli sauce).  

Brio Taste of Tuscany Meal Deal

Brio Italian Grille at Town Square has just rolled out its all-new Taste of Tuscany Meal Deal.

Available for a limited time and priced at $25 per person, the offer includes a choice of Caesar Salad or Chopped Salad; pasta choice of Sicilian Shrimp Spaghetti, Pasta Brio, or Chicken Milanese; and a dessert selection of Tiramisu, Chocolate Chip Bread Pudding, or Crème Brûlée. Guests can also add a glass of wine for $10.

Dennis Bono Show Celebrates 25 Years

The Dennis Bono Show, the longest-running weekly music, variety, and talk radio show in Las Vegas, will celebrate its 25th anniversary on February 6.  

Created and hosted by acclaimed recording artist Dennis Bono, the weekly radio show is produced in front of a live audience from the South Point Hotel Casino and Spa. It airs Sundays in Las Vegas on KXNT 840 AM at 3 p.m. and KJUL 104.7 FM at 9 p.m. Starting Feb. 16., it will also air on UNLV’s KUNV 91.5 FM at 11 a.m.  

Over the years, the show has welcomed countless entertainers and broadcast more than 1,200 episodes with guests that have included Paul Anka, Frankie Avalon, Charo, Chicago, Tony Curtis, Robert Goulet, Shecky Greene, Steve Lawrence, Jerry Lewis, Rich Little, Wayne Newton, Debbie Reynolds, Mickey Rooney, Bobby Rydell, Frank Sinatra, Jr., Smothers Brothers, Rip Taylor, Tony Orlando, The Platters, and The Righteous Brothers.
