How To Enjoy World’s 50 Best, Revelry, Indulge and More

Late May and early June will offer Las Vegas foodies an unprecedented calendar of once-in-a-lifetime dining experiences surrounding the June 5 announcement of the World’s 50 Best Restaurants at Wynn Las Vegas. Surprisingly, tickets are still available for many of them (although some are extremely limited, so you’ll want to act quickly).

With so much happening, it can be tough navigating the public and private events being promoted under the banners of Signature Sessions, Revelry, Indulge and more. So, we’re breaking it down with a combined list of all the events that still have space available.

Signature Sessions, Indulge, Revelry and More

The week of the announcement will be packed with private events for VIP guests and media members. However, the World’s 50 Best organization is also curating a slate of collaborations between visiting and local chefs called Signature Sessions meals, which are open to the public. And those aren’t the only options for foodies who may not be lucky enough to score an invitation to the private parties.

Several casino operators have announced culinary festivals or special events of their own. Not all are officially associated with the awards. But they’ll be courting the same audience, with appearances by top celebrity chefs and unexpected collaborations. And they’ll all embrace the spirit of World’s 50 Best, which brings an unprecedented collection of the world’s top culinary talent to Las Vegas.

“This is, to me, one of the biggest food events I will ever be a part of,” says Devin Hashimoto –property executive chef at Resorts World, which has created a culinary festival called Indulge to coincide with the event. His property will host public events at RedTail, Fuhu, Brezza, Zouk Nightclub and Viva! by Ray Garcia from June 3 through June 7.

Chef Jeff Ramsey, who will be hosting a collaborative dinner with two of Thailand’s top chefs at his Wynn Las Vegas restaurant Mizumi as part of Wynn’s Revelry Culinary festival, concurs.

“Chefs getting together, working together, collaborating, and… drinking and sharing stories with each other, it’s a lot of fun,” says Ramsey.

Other Revelry events are scheduled for Wynn and Encore’s Casa Playa, Mizumi, Wing Lei, Sinatra, Lakeside and SW Steakhouse, June 5 through 8.

MGM Resorts International has also announced some big-name events surrounding World’s 50 Best, with chef events at Morimoto in MGM Grand and Rivea in Delano on May 31 and June 4, respectively, and guest bartenders at Bellagio on June 4. And just hours before this story was published (May 17), The Venetian announced that in in addition to aa chef collaboration at Wakuda on June 3, Israeli chef Eyal Shani will host a curated meal at his restaurant HaSalon, in the resort’s Palazzo tower, on June 7.
