Long live the Las Vegas buffet!
While restaurant “experts” have been predicting its demise for years, an all-you-can-eat feast at a Las Vegas Strip buffet remains essential to many visitors’ restaurant itineraries.
The latest proof: The Buffet at Bellagio has added Saturday and Sunday dinner service for the remainder of the summer. Included is a Fresh Seafood Market station, which will offer crab legs, tuna poke, ceviche, sushi, clam steamers, miso sea bass and more.
The Seafood Dinner service will span the lunch and dinner hours on the weekends, running from 11 a.m. through 8 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays. It will be priced at $79.99 (excluding tax and tip), with an optional all-you-can-drink beverage package for $28.99. Line passes, allowing you to skip a long wait, are also available for an additional charge (free for MGM Rewards Gold, Platinum and Noir members).
While many buffets on The Strip have reopened in the years since the pandemic put their futures in doubt, only a handful offer dinner service.
