Events
Le Cirque at the Bellagio will host a wine-pairing dinner experience on Friday, May 24, with BOND Estate. The dinner will feature the winery’s finest expressions of Cabernet Sauvignon sourced from select hillside estates in Napa Valley.
The seven-course dinner will include Chef’s Canape Selection paired with Perrier-Jouët, Belle Epoque Rosé, Magnum 2007; Caviar & King Crab Charlotte with crispy egg matched with Oliver Leflaive, Les Enseignères, Puligny Montrachet 2020; Langoustine with vegetable timbale paired with Quella 2011 vs. Melbury 2011; Duck, Foie Gras, and Salad Pastorale matched with St. Eden 2011 vs. St. Eden 2014; Miyazaki A5 Grilled Strip Loin and Cocoa-Braised Beef Cheek Tortellini paired with Vecina 2008 vs. Vecina 2018; Baked Petite Brie with black truffles and seasonal jams matched with Pluribus 2008; and Tropical Vacherin with passion fruit sorbet, lime caramel, and mango paired with Château d’Yquem, Sauternes 2016.
The dinner will begin at 6:30 p.m.; tickets are $3,000 per person (plus tax and tip). Reservations can be made here.
The West Coast Taco & Beer Festival will be held Saturday, May 25, at MEET Las Vegas at 233 S 4th St in Downtown Las Vegas. Tickets include unlimited taco and beer/beverage tastings from 35+ food and beverage makers. There will also be Lucha Libre Wrestling, music, and boutique vendors. There is an early session from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. and an evening session from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m.
Tickets for general admission are $49 (plus fee) presale and $69 at the door. VIP, which includes admission one hour early, is $89 (plus fee).

Dining News
General Admission, the restaurant and sports lounge at UnCommons in southwest Las Vegas, will honor active duty and retired military members with a complimentary appetizer for Military Appreciation Month during the month of May (limit of one per day).
Popular selections include Loaded Nachos with Irish kettle chips, jalapenos, black beans, pico de gallo, lime crema, and General Admissions beer cheese sauce; and Tokyo Street Tots with crispy tater tots, Japanese style sauces, scallions, nori, togarashi, and sesame seeds.
In addition, on Memorial Day, Monday, May 27, active duty and retired military members will receive a complimentary Double-Double Smash Burger (two black Angus beef patties, caramelized onions, GA sauce, dill pickles, and American cheese on a brioche bun), fries, and a draft beer.
La Strega, Summerlin’s bewitching trattoria and locals’ hotspot for coastal Italian cuisine has launched “Witching Hour,” its take on the classic happy hour experience. Hosted daily from 4 p.m. to 5:30 p.m., “Witching Hour” draws inspiration from “La Strega,” which translates to “The Witch” in Italian and signifies the caretakers of the region.
Drink deals are $10 cocktails like Fragola Spritz with fresh strawberries, Rinomato, lemon, and prosecco; $8 wine such as Sangiovese, Gabbiano, Chianti, Tuscany, Italy 2021; and $6 Peroni Italian lager.
Food specials include Warm Tangerine and Chile Olives ($6); Wagyu Carpaccio with tonnato, pickled mustard seeds, and little gem lettuce ($16); The Garden with foraged vegetables and gigante bean purée ($8); Focaccia Bites with choice of prosciutto or ricotta ($6); Polpettine with beef meatballs, whipped ricotta, and pomodoro ($12); and Butcher Board with chef’s selection of cured meats and artisanal cheeses ($18).
Entertainment News
The Cosmopolitan is once again hosting its Sunset Cocktail Hour on Friday evenings from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. and Dive-In Movies on Monday evenings at 8 p.m. at its Boulevard Pool through Sept. 27.
The Sunset Cocktail Hour offers an array of tasty bites, such as Cuban-style shrimp Ceviche, Crispy Empanadas, Fruit Bowl, Mini Smash Burgers, and Caprese Bruschetta; six tropical mojitos with fresh fruit and house-made syrups; and live DJ sets.

The Dive In Movies program features a selection of blockbuster hits, timeless classics, and family favorites projected on a 65-foot digital marquee.
