DW Bistro, a Las Vegas original by Bryce Krausman and Founding Chef Dalton Wilson and one of the city’s most popular off-Strip restaurants, will take its final bow after 15 years of service.

Pick of the Week: Caramella Italian Restaurant & Lounge
The recently opened Caramella Italian Restaurant & Lounge by Tao Group at Planet Hollywood is a feast for the eyes.
The decor is reminiscent of 1970s Italian glamour with a velvet vestibule, candy shop stacked with Italian treats, and a secret door to a moody hidden lounge dressed in ‘70s wallpaper and centered around a mirror mosaic DJ booth. The dining room is awash in opulent accoutrements like crystal chandeliers, rich caramel tones, life-sized cheetah statues, colorful tile flooring, and a patio terrace offering views of the Strip and Bellagio Fountains across the street.

The menu is Italian-inspired, with Chicken alla Diavola with cherry peppers and Calabrian chili, Stuffed Chicken Parmigiano, and pastas highlighted by Blue Crab Mafaldine and Rigatoni alla Gricia with guanciale. A touch of international flair can be found in the Crispy Porchetta with pickled jalapeno chimichurri.
There are also a handful of grilled and fire-roasted steaks, including a 14-ounce NY strip and 20-ounce Bone-In Ribeye, which can be paired with several sauces and add-ons like Calabrian Hollandaise and gorgonzola crust.

True to the restaurant’s name, the Signature Caramella Tart dessert features an almond crust, salted caramel, crème fraiche, dark chocolate custard, and gold flakes.
If you like pairing your meal with whiskey, you’ve come to the right place. There are 50 whiskies, bourbons, and Scotches at varying price points, from $20 to $212.
