Bar Zazu — September 19
Bar Zazu at Resorts World is launching a new cocktail class series entitled Spirit of Zazu. Each month, the venue will host a hands-on cocktail class led by one of its acclaimed mixologists designed around a unique theme where guests will participate in an intimate and interactive session featuring essential mixology techniques, including shaking, stirring, and garnishing, plus an in-depth exploration of innovative spirits, bitters, and mixers. Participants will first master a classic cocktail, gaining insight into the traditional preparations, and later learn Bar Zazu’s modern riff on the classic.
The debut class will focus on crafting a classic Negroni and will take place during Imbibe’s Negroni Week. Guests will have the opportunity to explore Bar Zazu’s collection of more than thirty gin varieties to create a new take on the classic. Proceeds from each ticket sold will benefit Imbibe’s Negroni Week, which supports a more equitable and sustainable food and beverage world.
While mixing, shaking, and stirring, guests will enjoy light bites and live music by one of Bar Zazu’s resident artists. The class will begin at 7 p.m. and tickets are $45 per person plus tax and fees. To purchase tickets, click here.

Pick of the Week: Fine Company
Fine Company, an American neighborhood restaurant in Downtown Summerlin, opened in 2023. The restaurant’s name refers to Jeffrey Fine, President and CEO of The LEV Restaurant Group, which was founded in 2002 and now includes more than 55 multi-state locations and “fine” Las Vegas eateries such as Harlo Steakhouse, La Strega, Double 00 Pie and Pub, Al Solito Posto, and Golden Tiki.
Standouts from the Starters section include the moderately spicy tempura fried Crispy Cauliflower with fresh herbs, spices, and chili aioli ($9) and Caviar Fries—crispy fries with smoked trout roe, sturgeon caviar, and dill buttermilk dip ($18).
Two sandwiches (which come with a choice of fries or side salad) that are top sellers are the Fried Chicken with jidori chicken breast, cumin honey glaze, cabbage slaw, and chili mayo ($18); and Pastrami Melt—griddled sourdough, provolone cheese, sauerkraut, and secret sauce ($18).
Plates include indulgences like Crispy Skin Salmon with Verlasso salmon, tomato confit and curry buttermilk sauce ($26); and Steak Frites—barrel cut ribeye with harissa chimichurri and fries ($31).
The star of the Sweet Treats menu is the best-selling Mom’s Banana Bread with cultured butter, local desert sage honey, and sea salt ($10).
Brunch is served until 3 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday and features breakfast favorites like Brown Butter Pancakes ($14), Sausage & Eggs ($18), Steak & Eggs ($25), and Avocado Toast ($12).
It’s worth noting that Fine Company serves a small 100% local beer list, which during my visit included Las Vegas Brewing Electric Blonde, Big Dog’s Las Vegas Craft Lager, and Beer Zombies Duck Hunter IPA.

New Restaurant: Angie’s Lobster
Angie’s Lobster, home of the $9.99 Maine Lobster Roll, has rolled into Las Vegas and is now open at 4835 Blue Diamond Rd, at S. Decatur.
To make Maine lobster and wild-caught seafood meals affordable, Angie’s Lobster bought a wharf on Bailey Island, Maine, a 63,000 square-foot seafood processing facility in Richmond, Maine, and their trucking fleet and drivers to self-distribute. Owning the entire process from boat to the drive-thru keeps menu prices low and wages high.
- Angie’s Lobster ONLY uses wild-caught Maine lobster, no langoustine (Norwegian lobster) or warm water lobster.
- The menu includes Warm and Chilled Lobster Rolls, Fried Lobster Sandwich, Spicy Honey Fried Lobster Sandwich, Wild-caught Mexican Colossal Shrimp, North Atlantic Snow Crab, and Fried North Atlantic Cod.
- All rolls and sandwiches come a la carte or as a meal served with fries, Angie’s sauce, and a drink for $2 more.
There is a drive-thru, walk-up service, and interior seating. No cash is accepted; only debit/credit card and phone pay are accepted. Hours are 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily, with breakfast served until 10:30 a.m. To view the complete menu, visit angieslobster.com/menu-items.
